Mouse Monoclonal IgG1
Catalog Number
CGAB-MYC-0100 (100 µg)
CGAB-MYC-0050 (50 µg)
Description
Anti-Myc tag is a purified mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody that binds to cMyc-fusion proteins. Anti-Myc tag antibody can be used to identify and capture fusion proteins by western blots and immunoprecipitation. Immobilized anti-Myc is also used for affinity purification of cMyc fusion proteins. OmicsLink™ anti-tag antibodies are ideal for use with OmicsLink™ expression-ready ORF cDNA clones.
Immunogen
The OmicsLink™ anti-Myc tag antibody was produced by immunizing mice with a synthetic peptide (EQKLISEEDL) coupled to KLH.
Specificity
The anti-Myc tag monoclonal antibody recognizes over-expressed proteins containing Myc epitope tag fused to either N- or C-terminal of targeted proteins in transfected mammalian cells.
