Mouse Monoclonal IgG2a
Catalog Number
CGAB-GST-0100 (100 µg)
CGAB-GST-0050 (50 µg)
Description
Anti-GST (glutathione-S-transferase) tag antibody is a purified mouse IgG2a monoclonal antibody that binds to GST-fusion proteins. Anti-GST tag antibody can be used to identify and capture fusion proteins by western blots and immunoprecipita-tion. Immobilized anti-GST is also used for affinity purification of GST fusion proteins. OmicsLink™ anti-tag antibodies are ideal for use with OmicsLink™ expression-ready ORF cDNA clones.
Immunogen
The OmicsLink™ anti-GST tag antibody was produced by immunizing mice with a synthetic peptide of Schistosoma japonicum GST.
Specificity
The anti-GST tag monoclonal antibody detects over-expressed GST fusion proteins.
