Mouse Monoclonal IgG1
Catalog Number
CGAB-GFP-0100 (100 µg)
CGAB-GFP-0050 (50 µg)
Description
Anti-GFP tag antibody is a purified mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody that binds to GFP-fusion proteins. Anti-GFP tag antibody can be used to identify and capture fusion proteins by western blots and immunoprecipitation. Immobilized anti-GFP is also used for affinity purification of GFP fusion proteins. OmicsLink™ anti-tag antibodies are ideal for use with OmicsLink™ expression-ready ORF cDNA clones.
Immunogen
The OmicsLink™ anti-GFP tag antibody was produced by immunizing mice with a synthetic peptide of Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) from the jellyfish Aequorea victoria.
Specificity
The anti-GFP tag monoclonal antibody recognizes GFP and its variants including eGFP, YFP, eYFP, and CFP.
