Description
Anti-D tag antibody is a purified mouse IgG2b monoclonal antibody that binds to D epitope (DYKDDDDK, also known as FLAG®)-tagged fusion proteins. Anti-D tag antibody can be used to identify and capture fusion proteins by western blots and immunoprecipitation. Immobilized anti-D is also used for affinity purification of D-tag fusion proteins. OmicsLink™ anti-tag antibodies are ideal for use with OmicsLink™ expression-ready ORF cDNA clones.
Immunogen
The OmicsLink™ anti-D tag antibody was produced by immunizing mice with a synthetic peptide (DYKDDDDK) coupled to KLH.
Specificity
The anti-D tag antibody recognizes over-expressed recombinant proteins containing the D epitope tag (DYKDDDDK) fused to either the N- or C-terminal of targeted proteins in transfected mammalian cells or other expression systems.
